The site is made in collaboration with Tempest Tours (“the Tour Company”) which is the tour company with which the User (“you”) will possibly purchase a tour with. Storm Chasing Sweden does not offer storm chasing tours but rather facilitates bookings for the Tour Company.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Storm Chasing Sweden and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not use any illustrations, photos or articles on this website without prior permission from us. If you quote the content on this website, please refer to the page with a link.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. StormChasingTrips.com is a website that inspire users to book a storm chasing tour. Although we do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date we cannot guarantee that the data and information here is accurate or up to date, even when that appears to be the case.

The price information and dates for the tours are collected from the Tour Company website – it is second-hand information and should be treated as such. The availability of these tours and accuracy in the given dates and prices cannot be guaranteed, users must always refer to the tour company’s website.

Acceptable use

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

Reservation of a tour

The reservation of storm chasing tours that can be performed on this website is not legally binding, either for the User or for the Tour Company. It shall be viewed as a “request for a reservation”. When you send a request for a reservation you will get an e-mail confirmation form the Tour Company with instructions on how to sign up for the tour. You will not have a place reserved on a tour until you have followed the instructions, from the Tour Company, on how to reserve a seat on that specific tour (usually you will need to pay a deposit). Storm Chasing Sweden takes no responsibility for the agreement made between you and the Tour Company.

Due to technical problems a reservation request may not be delivered to the Tour Company. If you have not heard back from the Tour Company within three days after you made your reservation request, you are strongly recommended to contact the Tour Company directly.

You should never book a flight, or take any irreversible actions until you get a full confirmation from the Tour Company that you have had a place reserved on the tour.

 

Data and information provided by users

User comments on this website do not express the views of Storm Chasing Sweden or the Tour Company.

StormChasingTrips.com can not maintain complete control of the comments on the site. Do not base your purchase, or avoidance thereof, a storm chasing tour based solely upon the comments (or lack thereof) on StormChasingTrips.com.

Data provided to StormChasingTrips.com through comments is kept in our database. Newsletter signup data is kept at GetANewsletter.com. Reservation mail data are kept at StormChasingSweden and the Tour Company’s mail server. We cannot, however, guarantee the safety of the aforementioned data. Technical problems, mistakes by developers or “hack attacks” may cause the data to be publicly available. We do, of course, take every effort to keep your data safe.

Your submitted content

In these terms of use, “your content” means material (including, but without limitation to, text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to our website, for whatever purpose.
